Andrea Anders

Anders was born within DeForest in Wisconsin but is currently residing on the west coast of Los Angeles. In 1993, she graduated from DeForest Area High school in DeForest Wisconsin. She received the Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin Stevens Point in 1997. In 2001, she earned an MA in Fine Arts at Rutgers University. Anders and Matt LeBlanc dated from 2006 through 2015. The pair met while filming for the show that was later cancelled Joey. Sean Anders, director of Sex Drive and Never Been Thawed (anders.com) is her twin brother. In 2001, Anders began her career in the theatre. She was an understudy for Mary Louise Parker for the Broadway production Proof. She also was Elaine Robinson later in The Graduate. In addition, she appeared in On the Jump at the Arena Stage, New Doors at the Guthrie Theater, and two New York Stage & Film productions: Cold/Tender and New World Rhapsody. Anders started in the month of May at the Geffen Playhouse production of Fat Pig. Fat Pig was closed by July 1st, 2007. The character she played was Jeannie, an accountant. One of Anders debut appearances on TV was a commercial for Dannon which ran in the 90s, and again in 2006. Anders is most well-known because of her roles in the television series Joey (as attorney Alex Garrett) and The Class as Nicole Allen (nee Campbell), an ex-football player's wife. Even though she appeared in each show, they were ended up being cancelled. Anders was guest star on One Life to Live. Law & Order. The Guiding Light. And Tru Calling. She was on the screen five times during the HBO's Oz show in 2003. She appeared as Heather Degenhart and Brandy in The Stepford Wives. Anders also appeared on Numb3rs in 2008. Anders was also a part of two unsuccessful television pilots. Spellbound was one, as was News To Me another. Anders has been cast most recently for Better Off Ted. It is an ABC single camera comedy that focuses on the work-related environment, composed by Victor Fresco.
